What the 'Exercise is a medicine' label says: - Latest News ...

The brief intervention by a doctor in a 'direction to exercise' (as part of the management of the overall management of a chronic disease condition) is now considered 'best practice medical care'. Last week's review by the Royal College of Physicians has shown that 'exercise as a medicine' is becoming an essential part of every patient consultation.?If we look at exercise as a valuable therapeutic intervention, then what would the label say?
